What's happening forum?

So I'm starting to exercise on a daily basis and I'm wondering if anyone else exercises? Or if you used to?
Is it hard for you to find motivation? Or not to mention.. stay motivated!?
Free weights three times a week. I'm no body builder but it keeps me feeling good. Motivation in the beginning is hard but once you start feeling the benefits its hard to stop. If you do stop, you'll want to resume. At least that's been my experience.
I exercised a lot when I was 17ish(?), and I lost about 10kg/22lbs. Don't remember how I managed to stay so motivated back then. ..but I wish!!
Now it's hard to stay motivated for all that long. Even if I want to "resume"

If you put the weight back on, wouldn't that be motivation enough?
Very very important i would say to have a healthy life,i personally have always wanted to join a gym or something but have never been able to do so dont know why but if u exercise regularly DONT GIVE IT UP AT ALL EVER

You can remember back then HuhHuhHuh

If you can exercise with someone else it's great for motivation. A bit of banter goes a long way.

Sort of like around here...

This guy had a shirt on the other day that read "train hard or go home" Made sense to me. Who wants to just piss away time doing something half assed.
Yeah i try exercise with my friends.. but they're all lazy asses and super skinny so they see no reason

Exercise for the average person is pointless and stupid. You need to find something that is fun that you enjoy doing that will get you out of the house and moving around. If you do that and drink alot of water you will be fine.

I don't workout but i go to the gym and rock climb at least twice a week. Some people do train for stuff but for the most part i just climb for fun and as a side effect i get tons of exercise and never dread it. (hiking miles to outdoor climbing sites is alot good exercise)

If all you are is running on a treadmill or lifting waits and not training for a comp i think it is pointless. Go outside and run in the real world where you can enjoy what you are looking at or find an activity that requires doing some kinda muscle training.

Either way if you are fat it is your own fault, stop sitting in front of the computer / TV all day long.
I don't really spend that much time on my computer. About 80% of the time I spend on this forum is done on my phone for an example.
it's just that I don't find motivation. I don't like gyms, they're full of people who only chat. . I also love the nature, but it's too much of it where I live. Not sure if that's the downer, sometimes it's boring too to see all the same lakes and trees.

but I guess it all goes back to habit. When I lost 10kg I was underweight so my relatives kinda forced me onto a more lazy unhealthy path to gain weight lol. And I've been lazy since
