Hi Nelly,
I try to reinstall premiere pro CC and speedgrade. When I finish to install PPro, I can't apply "launch evaluation" and "trial" is expired. I can't updates to 7.1 _ 7.2 and 7.2.1 (No link with speedgrade !!)
I try five time with PPro charge from Adobe Tools but no success, always the same thing.
I try with PPro from ChingLiu but same results !!
Each time I reinstall, I clean with Revouninstal, CCleaner and Adobe Tools cleaner.
I thinks that the responsable is a key registry unknown for me??
My config W7 64bits_ 24 Go RAM_ 4 cores

I just had clean the key registry Adobe and all is OK
