My question is this. What exactly is Vertex Shader? Is it only part of my video card hardware or the lack thereof and I cannot use it unless my video card is more modern or is it part of a software package that I can somehow use for 32-bit Windows Vista? Yeah my computer sucks but any information is welcome. Thanks for reading!
