Video is not good but maybe you can mux the audio into another video, or just play both, one for the audio and the other for the video.

Thank you for pointing this one out. I had seen it during my search but for some reason didn't see that it was with English audio. Doesn't say the resolution, but will know that for myself shortly. I've never tried taking audio from one video and muxing it to another. I'll have to do a little reading about it and then give it a try. Always good to learn a new skill.

Update: The video is cropped to fit an old TV screen, but the audio is good. I'll see what I can do about extracting that audio and using it elsewhere.

Unless both media creators used the same source, audio will probably be out of sync with video. You will need to delay and advance the sound as chapters or even scenes go, a tedious project. But unless you find exactly what you wanted, this could be a solution. Good luck!
