I really want to see this movie but it was just released today and I'm wondering how long before uploads it.

if movies first release are in movie theater, it will available in HDCam soon. if want better version, usually we must wait about 3 - 4 months for WEBRip or BDRip.
if movies first release are in Netflix or similiar services, it will soon available in WEBRip.
don't know Christmas Cars (2019) distribution use wich method, as is it don't have imdb or wiki page when i write this reply.
