I downloaded flash professional cs5, extract it, then setup, then the welcome installer for adobe flash professional cs5.5 pops up I click accept, pick the language, then next, then install, installation progress, then installation status page says, your installation encountered errors, please try restarting your system and installing again, exit code 15, summary -0 fatal error(s), (s), 0 warnings
