I am currently using a VPN when connected to TPB. However, every time I click a file to dl, I get that darn new window telling me I need a VPN! Is there a setting or something that will prevent this from happening when I am using a VPN?

TIA
That sounds more like an unwanted ad. I use Firefox and have an adblocker, which usually takes care of stuff like that. The ones that get through I've just learned to ignore... If I see one I'll doublecheck to see that my VPN is actually turned on.

But again, I don't believe that has anything to do with your VPN as much as ads on a particular site.

Best bet would be using an adblocker extension. As I'm sure it's just an ad, you could also get the source code for the pages and see if a mod can get rid of the pop-up (its happened before many times)
Kotter Wrote:I don't think its a pop up ad as it only shows up on TPB sites. Opens a new window with the EXPRESS VPN. I do have an ad blocker running.

Any other suggestions? and thank you for you help

Did you have additional questions? I didn't see any new info included in your post.

I use Adblock lite now... If you are on Firefox, it's as easy as Googling Ad-block addons for firefox. Chrome has stuff to, but I hate chrome... And I'm not aware of anything for IE, so if you are on IE, I wouldn't know how to help without researching.

Thank you
