Are we able to play any 3d iso files in 3d? If so how?

I have:
Panasonic Plasma 3d smart tv with shutter glasses
Pioneer BD-RW BDR-209D ATA burner
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
64 bit ASUS PC
Windows 7 Home Premium

Burning the iso then playing with PowerDVD 14 will only play 2d as will MPC-HC64, vlc, ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 6 and so on.

Been trying to play 3d iso in 3d for years.

I can play all mkv sbs and ou 3d no problem but any isos only play 2d not 3d.

Any wisdom or advice ?
