I collected a set of tools for quickly and automatically ripping secured eBooks.

Steps:
1. Capture screens and save them all to a folder of your choice AUTOMATICALLY! This is achieved y a combination of Greenshot and AutoHotkey. The details are mentioned in the download.
2. Split the captured pages/images into two vertically OR horizontally. I achieved this best using IrfanView. I put the instructions in the download.
3. Use ABBYY FineReader 11 for converting the resulting pages/images into editable text. ABBYY FineReader is highly accurate and supports recognizing multiple languages!

I ordered an eBook recently. On the main order page they had mentioned PDF 3.xx MB download etc but after payment, they wouldn't allow me to download it and would rather me read it on their web-reader app only. I ripped the book using it.
I tell you that this book, published by Bloomsbury Publication had many errors! They had done a real lousy work.
