This is listed on Library Genesis, but I have been getting timeouts on anything I try to dl there lately... not sure if that is happening for everyone else?

Sometimes there does appear to be delays but eventually the download will start.  As per your request, the download started immediately and completed OK.  Here is the link I used:

Thanks, guys... it must just be certain times of day because I hit that link and it downloaded immediately this time.  Anyway, thanks for the help.
