Protip - the common errors for registering/uploading to TPB are covered in the Site Issues forum's stickied threads - these are the threads that are located in the top part of the
index page, where it says 'Important threads.'
If you don't find what you're looking for in the stickied threads, see the FAQ, or search the forum before posting a new thread.

Hello. I have tried to upload several torrents here at tpb. Every time I upload a torrent I get the error message of "wrong file type". They were mainly music torrents. When I tried uploading them to the other category I get the error message "upload error4". Thanks in advance
There are certain files which aren't allowed in certain categories, so it depends on what you're trying to upload, and to which category.

Thank you spud17. It says I could be getting the error message because I'm uploading to many files. I only uploaded about 14 different mp3s on that torrent. Is that to many?

No. It's the stuff in the torrent that isn't MP3s, or a category where MP3s don't belong that's the issue.
Moved to audio > other, as pdf's aren't allowed in the audio > music category.
Hey guys im having a huge problems for over 3 months uploading to the TPB i even make na account in the Forum just to see if somebody could help me because im really freakin out. I have a account for almost 2 years but since the Bay is back again im having always the same problema Error-Filename error, my uploads are almost HD-Movies and Movies and i really dont know what else to do i upload the torrents to the major P2P sites and no problema only in TPB that im keeping the same prblem Filename Error can someone Help me please!?
The torrent im trying to upload just have the main movie, subtitles and sample and screenshots on (JPEG) format i already try to upload them in diferente categories but the problema still presists can anyone tell me based on experience what im doing wrong?
And one more thing how to attach a torrent so you guys can see whats wrong?!
