I have downloaded subtitles several times but they are not matched with the movie how to make make them perfect for any movie?

A couple of the pictures don't load, but it's fairly straightforward so you should be able to follow this tutorial on How to sync subtitles accurately with SubtitleWorkshop: http://v2.subscene.com//forums/t/16422.aspx
