shorts - Combined split shorts

The Rifftrax video(s) of Call it Free bugs me. Nevermind being split in 2 parts as they experimented with how to handle longer shorts, the aspect ratio of the second part is just plain wrong.

So I took the best copy I could find online, which sadly has a timecode stamp on it, and then mixed in the rifftrax audio, removing the break. This does mean missing out on the bit of part 2 where they recap part 1, but I personally don't miss it.

I decided to merge together the other shorts of this vein as well. I think American Thrift especially turned out better (though you get Veronica mysteriously disappearing halfway through). What it Means to Be an American is about the same other than now being conjoined. Tommy Tucker is ... well, the only video I could find is bad. It was recorded by a guy projecting the original 16mm and recording it with an HD camera so there's constant pulsing of light as the framerates don't line up between the projector and recording. But I'm still sharing them.

This one bugged me the most because of the distorted video, but if I can find source video and the inclination I'm going to try make merges of the other 3 split shorts as well. I would guess this only took me about a half hour from start to finish once I found the video to work with, so that's the big limiting factor.

American Thrift was easy, but the other two have stretch issues where the audio of the video I could find doesn't line up to the riffed videos. Working on it now.

The version from the DVD is a single video with no breaks. Also, they screwed up the aspect ratio for the whole thing instead of just half.

I never even looked at the DVDs... Is the Tommy Tucker short on any of those as a single-segment cause the only video I could find of that is... well it's pretty bad. I'm going to post it anyway here in a moment but fair warning.

There are no split videos on the DVDs. Every one of them is a single video.

Does anyone have ISOs of these discs to share? Would be way better for those three than my meager efforts. I'd even consider buying the discs myself if not, but the problem child of the bunch, Tommy Tucker, is out of stock and I'd have to pay some markup on Amazon to get it it looks like.

I'm not in a huge hurry to drop $35+ on shorts I already own just for superior versions if I don't have to, though.
