(related to microsoft leak) - Should I upload this to youtube?

So as you know, Microsoft is removing videos that shows the process of compiling windows XP and windows server 2003. NTDEV is one of the most "famous" youtubers of suffering this.

I have the 2 videos of NTDEV compiling Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.

I have seen only one person who uploaded the deleted video, and microsoft have removed it in less than 1 day. nowadays, I haven't found any video related to the compilation neither in youtube neither in google (but both are save in my computer).

If I upload them, Microsoft is going to fuck my video, but, could it have any legal punishment?, or only is going to be taken down?.
