quicksbooks 2016 activation help

what do you mean by "Drag & Drop to iApplications To register, you must double click on iQuickBooks     

       Blocker and follow instructions." I can't find any file called Iquickbooks blocker and can't register. Am I doing something wrong. any help would be appreciated.
