been using the free one Betternet for about a month no issues as soon as i can get the money to get a paid one i will ...what paided ones are the best because there is a shit ton out there

ok guys comcast is raping me they have flagged me 2 times in the past 3 months i pretty much stopped with movies a while ago was wondering if there are things to look for or things to stay away from or something that will help block or mask my ip ive heard none of that works however thanks for any help

I downloaded betternet and is states this is protected by copywrite laws.  I been flagged twice by ATT also

Ok I posted this in another thread.  I downloaded betternet, and it states that betternet is protected by copy write laws, I have never had any problems with another provider until I recently changed to AT&T, and received two warning in two months.  Third strike and out.  Should I download.

try subscribing to a VPN

Get a VPN in a country that is not a direct vassal to the US. SE Asia is a good place. HK, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
Make sure that it*guarantees* NO LOGGING. They might well be lying, but logging serves them no purpose anyway.
Make sure that they have plenty of servers world wide.
And they offer OpenVPN access. Even if you dont use it now, learn to use it!

Use a paid for VPN (Not free, you get what you pay for).

I agree... paid VPNs are better and more safe. Its a good investment
