This isn't a re-upload but several other trackers are sitting at this together:

Almost everyone is 92.4% and haven't budged in months (or longer?). Episodes 1-10 finish at 100%. Episodes 11-13 are 65-69%. Episode 13 only has French audio and the overall quality is literally almost completely unwatchable stretched out at 16:9 and very poor even at 480p.
If anyone can at least help us finish or find this rare series in better quality, please it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
