Generally speaking, no.

But there is a small chance that dialing your speaker volume all to the right or all to the left might work. It's probably not done on any movies uploaded these days but back in the day dual audio was sometimes encoded that way.

Yeah, I think I know what Sid is talking about.

Back in the days of retail VCDs, at least in Hong Kong, the Cantonese audio would be on the left, and the Mandarin audio the right. The player would present the option of switching to either audio or both simultaneously.

EDIT: You might want to use Audacity or an audio editor for that kind of exercise. Tell me how it goes.

Both ideas assume its an old movie, because there's a chance it will work for some. Like sid said, your not getting it away with RobertX's method, did try it on a new movie, both torrented and bought copy. I also tried to do the audacity thing robertx said and had no luck. Was a pretty old movie. To be honest, you need to get lucky to have it work, really lucky.

underdeath, I should have told you this earlier, but I don't think I know what you really mean by "voiceover translation."

What is the audio like?

Throw the file into mkvmerge and see if there's 2 audio tracks. If so, happy days. You can remove one and re-mux. If not. Your stuck with what sid suggested.
