suppose a movie torrent which distributed by any team/group here or any other place.For make a own torrent after encoding them it's necessary to give credit to team/release group in torrent description?I m asking it bcoz YIFY doesn't do such things.

Taking a group's upload and re-uploading it yourself without credit is called torrent whoring. It isn't necessary to give anyone credit. Some pirates get upset about it though.
