how to upload torrent to tpb

hi all
i created my first torrent and uploaded to some torrent sites such as extratorrent.cc
i now want to upload it to tpb

i am assuming the site is avilable on thepiratebay.si
but i see no upload button
nor their is login/register

so is uploading torrents to tpb on hold ?
i came across many mirror sites which are of no use as well
