If you are using Firefox (version < 34) could you try disabling SSLv3 and letting us know.

Steps:
1) Type about:config in the address bar. (A warning box 'This might void your warranty' will come up. Click the button to proceed.)
2) Type tls in the Search bar. Now you should see about 10 preferences.
3) Find security.tls.version.min and set it to 1
4) Access TPB
rightio
using TLS instead of SSL gets me the following error
error:14077438:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert internal error
