1) amplify.new.peak=0.0

2) Dynamic Range Compressor: Threshold-35db NoiseFloor-65db Ratio-10:1(maximum) AttackTime-0.20secs(default) ReleaseTime-1.0secs(default)

3a) amplify.new.peak-7.0
3b) check sample ranges to determine "spikey-ness" and gauge proper amplification and hard.limiter

4a) undo amplify.new.peak-7.0
4b) do proper amplify.new.peak from step 3b
4c) apply hard.limit-7.0 to remove spikes

5) final Fraunhofer FDK AAC encode after 47ms aac time shift correction:
ffmpeg -i 047.wav -c:a libfdk_aac -b:a 160k 047.m4a

That being said - this seems like the worst idea so far. I don't care about this. It's like your parents dragging you to a distant relative's dinner party, where you don't know anyone, and then they decide to pay a party game that you aren't allowed to participate in. I'm glad they have fun playing these games (which I find dumb) but really - who wants to watch this crap? What's next, "Joel's friends take a shit and you're invited to watch" ??

If you watched it live, you could participate instead of just sitting and watching.  As the audience, you voted on which choices you thought were best and it influenced the score.  It was actually quite fun to sit with my wife and daughter and play along.  Not every joke or bit was perfect and there was one or two parts that made us cringe, but hey, sometimes when you are doing something live and thinking on your feet you get a pass for a bad joke here or there.

I thought the event was a very creative and neat way to introduce people to a bunch of new writers/actors for the show.  Instead of the usual "Hey here is a new Crow, trust me he is great!", you had an opportunity to watch them and let their personalities come out.  I think it also did another important thing for many people by showing all of these new crew members interacting and riffing with each other and just having a good time.  It seems that a lot of people have commented how they loved the feeling on the first run of friends just hanging out and watching a bad movie together, and I felt this crew had that same vibe during the event.  It felt like friends that enjoy each other's company hanging out instead of a bunch of people that were just hired yesterday and crammed into a room to do a job.

It seems that all of these livestreams have been doing quite a good job of easing a lot of people's minds about the new crew as their kickstarter has been doing quite well since releasing them.
