article 13 and trackers
from they say article 13 makes the tracker illegal.

first doesnt article 13 only apply to youtube like sites?

second couldnt the site be moved to a bulletproof host?
Article 13 specifically targets link providers, and trackers serve up links. Not much to argue there.

In the infighting between Davos eurocrats and Bilderberg corporations, file sharing is mere collateral damage.

A cheap server in an indifferent place like the Ukraine or Zimbabwe might be a good alternative, but corrupt governments might be more easily bought off if filesharing on such services becomes a trend.

High speed hubs are probably a necessity for decent bandwidth. Kim Dotcom chose a 5 eyes place like New Zealand for his filesharing business. For the cable hub. But it seems to have been a bad choice...

Singapore servers???
