You should take it to a repair shop where they have people who know exactly what they are doing and get them to fix it for you.  I would be very careful that you don't attempt to mess around with this laptop yourself, take it to a professional and have them look at it, people who do this all the time.  Messing around with laptops when you've had no real training is not a good idea and I would completely avoid that plan if that is what you were considering with your original post.

Check the connectors of your laptops battery and keyboard. If they are OK, then take out the battery, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, put the battery in again, connect the charger and see if it works
