looking back at both versions... budgetbits looks better.
this one shadows are blown the fuck out somehow.

Someone PLEASE do an AI Upscale on budgetbits version.
That will also fix the timestrecching done on this to avoid tons of micro edits on a shitty print of a turd of a film.
