XPLANE 12 Request

sad, my gpu isnt compatible to run with vulkan in x-plane 12, but somehow works with vulkan in x-plane 11.... (nvidia GeForce 940mx) so rip me

x plane 11 support Vulkan 1.1, and X Plane 12 already support Vulcan 1.3 i.e. DirectX 12. Change video card or fly to Xp11

Guys... I can not open the Xplane 11 DVD Activation...

It says: The Xplane 11 Installer is to old for your PC... I have Windows 10 and the installer is only able for WIndows 8 or Less

Please help guys! Or enyone have another soulution

Hey everyone!

I have X Plane 12 working with X Plane 12 scenery!!! The Global Scenery has been uploaded. There is a link on Rutracker. Not sure if I can post links, but here is what to do:

1. Install the X Plane 12 Demo.
2. Download the Global Scenery.
3. Copy the Global Scenery folder to X-Plane 12 root folder, and overwrite when asked.
4. Mount X Plane 11 DVD ISO.
5. Run X Plane 12 installer.
6. When it shows the maps(scenery installation) on the installer, Select None/Do Not install ANY SCENERY (IMPORTANT)
7. X-Plane 12 will continue installing and you can then play forever and you can update it just like X Plane 11 does when new versions arrive.

This 100% works, and you have to Select NONE on the scenery installer because you already have copied over the X Plane 12 scenery at the start.

Yes! this is great news. Basically I downloaded it before distribution. But all I can say is that it works as it should so hopefully will be approved in the coming days. Everyone can relax knowing that it is coming for all

Can you remake the torrent with it so we can download?

Don't use the installer in the NoDVD
Instead, install the X-Plane 12 Demo from https://www.x-plane.com/desktop/try-it/ and mount the NoDVD ISO to bypass the activation.
Then update your installation using the same X-Plane 12 installer, with the ISO still mounted. (or use the one that gets automatically downloaded in the demo)
Make sure you deselect all scenery regions, this is important.
Download the Global Scenery torrent, and copy the files to your X-Plane directory.

You should then have a fully working copy of X-Plane 12

Thanks but it is saying "Stalled" on my qBittorrent.  Even when I force it to download nothing happens.  Oh well, I'll just have to wait until there is a normal download version available.  Thanks again!...much appreciate the help!
