anyone have mac i also want help downloading global scenary on mac for xp 11 like xplane global

So the X-Plane 11 No-DVD method no longer seems to work for the latest version of X-Plane 12. It worked with early XP 12 versions, but it no longer works for me. Any ideas?

What do you mean by that? Also Are you running Mac Or Windows? Also it works on my End. So maybe you have done something wrong

Edit 1: If it crashes. See if your drivers are update. For me. it crashes if you dont update to the latest drivers so its a must!

I am on Windows. I even tried a completely fresh install. I ran the demo installer first, then installed the global scenery, then mounted the X-Plane 11 dvd image (from this thread), then ran the x-plane 12 installer from this thread (deselected the scenery files during install). It worked for the first run, but now when I mount the x-plane 11 dvd image and run the game, I get a popup in-game that says "Unlock X-Plane - please insert your x-plane 12 Disc 1 DVD now to unlock the full version of X-plane"

I have the DVD image mounted, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

I'm able to run X-Plane 11 just fine using this method but can't get it to work now with X-Plane 12... Any suggestions?

Still asks you to Install the Disc? For me i got no problems with it at all. So i guess it can be a problem with PowerISO or X-Plane 12 itself. Can also be a problem with the DVD Image itself. Not quite sure though 

Also incase Does anyone else have this issue? If so then please report it here!

Yes. Im Running XP12.00B12 Already have 10 flights under that version.

Hey that worked! For some reason this file worked for me! Thanks a ton. Not sure what the difference is compared to the one linked earlier in this thread, but this iso file is now working for me.

Also, when I loaded it up just now it seems as though there is a new update out. I'm scared to apply the new update just yet until someone confirms it still works lol
