There are errors when extracting : files corrupted, I uploaded it to the directory but scenery is not working. My LOG files:
0:01:34.451 E/SCN: Failed to find resource 'lib/airport/buildings/fire_stations/small/29x14.agp', referenced from scenery package 'Custom Scenery/A-ZBAA-BeiJingCapital/'.
0:01:34.451 E/SCN: Custom Scenery/A-ZBAA-BeiJingCapital/Earth nav data/+40+110/+40+116.dsf:
0:01:34.451 E/SCN: Unable to locate .agp: lib/airport/buildings/fire_stations/small/29x14.agp
0:01:34.451 E/SCN: DSF canceled due to missing art assets, file=Custom Scenery/A-ZBAA-BeiJingCapital/Earth nav data/+40+110/+40+116.dsf, err=15 (dsf_ErrCanceled).

There are indeed errors when unpacking
(because that's how someone posted it here)

Try downloading again and unpacking with rar

In this case, only graphic files are damaged
and you can fix it by downloading the files from the post above

No, it is not working. I unpacking with rar and downloading the files from the post above, but scenery is not working/ This is scenery for X-Plane 11? I need for X-plane 11. If you can, please put this scenery to my private message. Thank you.

I only tested X-Plane12 and it only missed the lane markings and it worked fine

As for XP11, I can't help
