Can anybody give me a hand setting up the correct RAIN EFFECTS for this aircraft?

I already placed the librain.plugin folder inside the PA28 plugin folder. I also have it in the resouces/plugin folder.

EDIT: SOLVED ==== Just make sure you use LIBRAIN WITH GPL ONLY GRAPHICS ==== NO VULCAN GRAPHICS WITH LIBRAIN === LIBRAIN WON'T WORK ON VULCAN AS OF THIS POST.
