Wrong code

Same problem again today. I got wrong code again while uploading. How can I make sure that this doesn't happen again and again?

I'm getting Wrong Code too. Tried 3 different IPs and nada.

EDIT - After some trying ( site downtime ) I was able to get them up. Thank you if any effort was put into my case. If not, still thank you and have a great day!

 Im able to get in and post in tor browser.  In Chrome using https im still out. But no matter I shared and eventually all will be normal thankx spud

now i use Tor with https://thepiratebay.org/ and it is ok, but when i try with Tor and onion address i get that error Wrong Code

also i cant access TPB by https://thepiratebay.org with browser like ie11 ......
