I torrented a VPN once, and I went back in time. But that let me download more RAM for some reason. So I did, and then my computer started kicking me in the leg, and so I had to uninstall all of it.

Nope, but I have heard somewhere Opera has a built in VPN.

I just tested ProtonVPN and it is in fact free, relatively fast and changes my Netflix to the USA version. The only free IP's are USA, Netherlands & Japan. If you want other countries you have to pay for the premium service.
edit: P2P traffic is blocked on the free version.

What do you mean by P2P traffic? Either way I wasn't able to get it to work with my Mac, let alone give me access to US Netflix and ABC.com videos

By P2P, I mean you can not download torrents on protonvpn’s free ip’s, it blocks the traffic.

Thank you for letting me know, but it doesn't work for me ABC.com videos don't show up, and Netflix says like it does EVERY other time I use a VPN that I'm using a proxy server or Adblocker Maybe could I use your account information since it may know from my email that I'm from Canada?
