Will the old apps work after a Windows re-install?

Hello folks, long story short: I've jacked up my registry permissions while trying to install software and now I have to re-install my Windows , the question is: will the apps that are on the other hard drive be working on the newly installed OS? Or will I have to re-install them all over?

So I've re-installed Win & some apps re-installed but I kept some simpler apps too and they still work what do you know, thanks tho
