Why do people download so much porn, they are probably just horny and want to get off to some hot chick or guy.  I don't think there's much intention really other than just fuel the fire of desire.

On second thought, I just realized streaming exposes our porn preferences, fapping habits, etc. No good, better to download - We can always say it's for a friend, school project, whatever.

Think there are several reasons - I know several people that have said they download so they can seed to get their ratio up for some sites. Kind of a never ending circle of up - down - seed.

Some people have a particular fetish or like a specific actress so there's that.

And then there is the search for something new because you're burned out by all the sameness.

I like the golden age of pron when there were stories/plots so they could get past the obscenity laws by having 'social value'. Plus being the IT network/AV tech for a streaming studio and production facility in SF was like going to a nude beach, after a while it's boring and no longer erotic.

I prefer to download because I like to edit clips/movies and to make compilations of all my favorite scenes.
