It was one of the first porns I saw...don't remember the name, but the basic plot was a family moved into a house that was occupied by ghosts. The ghosts were at first annoyed, but then started having sex with the new owners of the home.

It's an older porn, but I'm not sure if it's old enough to be considered 'classic'.
