Want 2 send 2 file submittor, can't! how?

There is a file in Video;Other named Workbench with an internal name of ROUBO Marc Spagnuolos The Wood Whisperer Guild Build Split-top Roubo Workbench, U/L'd by yahelarmster1.  I would like to send him a message asking him to seed the file again for a short while so I can get the last 5%.

Obviously I'm not experienced when it comes to sending msgs since I can't figure out how to contact yahelarmster1.

Can you help me?
