Everybody knows that soldiers and cops are instructed on how to kill, they take classes on tactics, anatomy, weapons, and the legal side of it.
What is being debated now is how and why. A private preparatory school for police academy candidates has a teacher (former cop) who tells the future cops to torture and execute criminals, potential criminals, and their kids before they have the chance to become criminals, and get away with it.
According to the former officer, he was prosecuted for 28 killings while on duty and never convicted, plus he admits to 30 others "never officially accounted". Later he mentions "over a hundred" of other executions. Probably off-hours jobs?
I've been to a private security course and there's a feeling of cleansweep being the norm amongst cops. Torture and womanizing, even child (ab)use. And the cons, the schemming, the abuse of the power and the disregard to the duty.
After all, what is it to be a cop? A punk ass with a badge and a gun? A gardian angel (if you find one when you need)? Just someone bidding time to retire?
Coincidentally, that one was expelled from the force after an I.A. investigation on blowing cocaine in the P.D. Educating Dept. building.
