VMware Workstation v9 Portable

About Virtual Machine "VMware Workstation v9 Portable":

After entering Licence key, new small window is apear with next message:
"You do not have permission to enter a license key. Try again using the system administrator account."
If I allow Administrator account in the Windows, same message is apear.
PLEASE TELL ME EXACTLY WHAT I SUPPOSE TO DO IN ORDER TO USE THIS PORTABLE VIRTUAL MACHINE, WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR ME.

right click >run as administrator

Thank you for advice, but this does' work at all.
Even when I use to enable genuine administrator account from command prompt in Windows 7, when inside the command prompt window, type the following command:
net user administrator /active:yes
situation is same with message that I don't
have administrator right to enter serial number. Out of serial number provided in torrent I was using Keygen from Setup of same version of the software, but still is same. Even I do my self virtualised Setup version by program 'Spoon Virtual Application Studio v11' and that my own Portable give me that same message (no administrator rights). I was try to virtualise also with 'VMware ThinApp v5.0', but this software can not do that because of some new features included in VMware Workstation v9 which he doesn't recognise.
ACTUALY WHAT IS HAPPEN IS NEXT:
(1) When I start 'VMware Workstation v9_Portable' on the computer where is ALREADY INSTALLED 'VMware Workstation v9', then Portable version is working and I can enter serial number and for Licence type show me: Site.
(2) BUT when I start 'VMware Workstation v9_Portable' on some other computer where IS NOT INSTALLED 'VMware Workstation v9', then my problem with entering serial number is arising.
I was testing this on 4 computers (if installation is there, then Portable is working).
Probably is issue of some servis which installation launch and Portable can not.
I do not know if there is some body who solved this problem, or simply this is impossible mission, so I have to use 'Oracle VM VirtualBox_Portable' which is working well, but there is problem with USB devices which can not see them.
