Here are some shows that come to mind. Please see if they interest you. Perhaps you are familiar with many of them.
Some might be available as torrents, but youtube is a good source.

- Rick Steves' Europe etc.

- NHK Somewhere street. (There are more travel oriented shows on the NHK website, what with the Tokyo 2020 Olympics coming up.)

- Samantha Brown's travel shows (a few available via youtube etc)

- Richard Quest's Business Traveller shows (a few available via youtube)

There are dedicated Television Travel Channels. If these are in your area of coverage you can give it a watch.

- TravelXP
- Getaway - Long running Australian TV Show.
- BBC The Travel Show

In addition there are historical shows. MVGroup has uploaded many I reckon.
Lucy Worsley, Dan Cruickshank, Fiona Bruce, Mary Beard are some of the good presenters.

Hope this helps. :-)

The Grand Tour is a car show (was the old Top Gear with Clarkson, May and Hammond).

They go to different places in the world to test out different cars. It's more about the cars, but their later episodes (grand tour episodes esp), focus a lot more on the places they go.

If You are really bored I'd say it's worth a looksee
