Hello to all! Its a pleasure for me to see TPB and suprbay online! Now I see the torrents are removed, its aviable only magnet. My question are: It is allowed to post link in my torrent description with torrent file hosted in some cache like ZoinkCH?

Yes, it is allowed -- so long as it is to the same hash. (That much should be obvious, but I'm saying it anyways.)
