Do you have "Avitab" option selected in ISCS (probably it's in the last page, in General Settings)?

Is this varient the real NEO add on with all the NEO options?

In the 1.2.1 one of the NEO engines doesnt work properly and has a broken sound pack, you have to use the CFM leap neo version..

if you mean non spinning blades in pw engines, then you may copy blades.obj file from one of previous 'neo' version of aircraft to currently you are using. I solved it like that.
