Hello does any one has the NEO expasion working and i tryed to get an earlier neo but engines didn't start, any NEO EXPASION thanks in advance happy new year!?

Nevermind, already working again.

Avitab is not showing up, neither is the co pilot. Don't know why.

Do you have "Avitab" option selected in ISCS (probably it's in the last page, in General Settings)?
To setup copilot you have to go into drop-down menu ToLiss A321 > Copilot > Setup Copilot, and then, as per instructions on the screen, reload the aircraft.
