I have literally been looking for this series (soft copy) for decades. I have found #1 and #3 and do not understand how #1 and #3 could be made available without #2 at a minimum. An all-in-one ebook would be great or just the #2 and #4 I'm missing. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
