To download non-subscriber only Twitch streams:
I use a program called Twitch Leecher 1.8.4


-Click the search button at the top
-Click the URL tab
-Paste in the Twitch VOD link(s) and click Search
-Click Download on the bottom right of the preview window
-Choose your quality (I leave it at Source) and other things then click Download
-Repeat if you added multiple URLs


To download subscriber only Twitch streams:
I use a program called Twitch Recover

-Choose "4. Download a VOD (including sub-only)."  OR "7. Download a highlight." depending on what section the video is listed in on the Videos page (https://www.twitch.tv/themaryjopehlshow/videos).  Not all Highlights have the word "Highlight" in their title
-Use right-click to paste in the Twitch URL (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1155519605 in this instance)
-Select "2. Source"
-Pick you directory and you're all set
