With the recent interest in The Mads, I was thinking of how The Mads first appeared as Riffers in MST3K episode S06E11, and decided to try my hand at editing it down to just their segment of the movie.
This is one of those MST3K episodes i've had trouble enjoying due to the poor audio of the source movie, so I figured I'd try boosting it by grabbing the audio from the unriffed movie, lowering the overall volume a bit (to avoid drowning out the riffs), toning down some of the obnoxious albert glasser instrumental passages, and then laying it over the MST3K audio. I also included the original movie audio so you can enjoy an incomplete movie with shadowrama of silent gesturing figures!
These are the audio options:
1 - Enhanced MST3K Audio
2 - Original MST3K Audio
3 - Unriffed Original Movie

I did this as a newb with free software, but I think it came out okay. If you think you can do better (Windows Movie Maker made some jaggies, I transcoded some audio undesirably, etc) or want to make a 'cinematic' version, let me know and I can share my files and detailed notes (there are a few other tweaks not mentioned above).
