Thanks, BSG!

I did a little research into how to pull the videos for the Last Drive-In off Shudder, but didn't have any success with any of the methods I tried, so if anyone has any ideas or could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Or if anyone else is already working on it, I know there's a few of us here that would appreciate that even more! Smile

For those trying to get a copy of a streaming video (Last drve in) ... Ive used SnagIT and other Techsmith products
https://www.techsmith.com/screen-capture...viEALw_wcB

to get a copy of streaming lectures before. It does require a dedicated machine, since it is making a screen shot in real time..

I look foreward to that glorious future when someone succeeds and we have Joe Bob at our Leisure/Pleasure. Well that sounds kinda creepy, Kinda like having a Harry Dean Stanton Sex Clone. Guess I gotta cut down on the cough syrup and everclear pick me ups!

Hey, everybody. I'm getting these ready right now. I just don't know how I'm going to get them to you. I don't have a Mega account so if anybody has any idea, just let me know. The quality isn't all that great but they'll be complete and just about 3Gb each. Also, I have probably about 50 episodes of Joe Bob Briggs' old MonsterVision show, with the movies, with most commercials edited out. I believe that the majority of them are the original TNT broadcasts of the movies so they're edited for content and nostalgia. Smile So, those are available too, if I can somehow get them to you. I can't really seed torrents with my connection so it's gonna hafta be a Mega upload or something. Just reply and let me know what you think.

I didn't want to edit my earlier post again. I just finished the first Last Drive-In episode's video and it turns out that they're only going to be about 1.5Gb each, give or take. So, that's pretty cool, considering they're not the best quality. I think they're 480p but not positive. I'll get them all done in this quality, since it's working and I don't want to rock the boat, and then I'll try higher quality and see what happens. Shudder has some serious encryption protection or something. I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get this to work. That SnapIt program didn't work like I wanted it to. But, it's all worth it for JBB. Just about 26 hours of Last Drive-In goodness. I'm looking into a way on how to upload them and share a link for everybody. I'll get back with you.

Update on my progress: I've finished with the first five episodes. They range in sizes from 1.5Gb to 2.5GB, give or take. I opened a free account with Mega. It says that with the free account there is a sharing limit so I don't know what that means. It also scared me with a copyright warning. Should I be worried about that? Anyway, I've uploaded the first one. I'll keep you updated on my further progress. I'm proud of myself for figuring this out. It was kind of complicated. Please enjoy!

I don't recall seeing anything around here in which someone ran into problems with that copyright warning, but I'm here pretty sporadically.

And thank you for uploading the first episode! Looking forward to more!
