"The Cossacks" - a series of animated films produced in the USSR, the Ukrainian film studio "Kievnauchfilm" director Vladimir Dakhno.
The main heroes of the series are the three Cossacks: bully, punch, and strongman (the script are named Gray, Eye and Tours, respectively, but in the series is always nameless). Gray - shrewd and sensible, Eye - vigorous and warlike (he carries around a huge gun-mortar), Turkey - shy and sentimental. They get into incredible adventures, meeting with people from different countries and ages, even to the gods and aliens. In cartoons, there are no dialogues and some text, except for some entry driven "by the author" - the action takes place in the form of intuitive stages.
