Syncing Rifftrax Audio to Movies

Can anyone recommend a good tutorial and software to add Rifftrax audio to a video file?

Audacity is the program you will want for actually syncing the audio, setting the levels, remove DisembAudio, and add stuff like auto-ducking to set the movie lower when the riffs come up. Then some kind of program to extract the audio file from the movie itself (You can use MKV Cleaver if the movie file is an mkv, but may need to find another if it's not) and convert them as needed to a format Audacity will work with, and a remuxer to put them back together like MKVToolNix. You can find all those on videohelp.com

As far as a tutorial, there are various ones if you search Google but this one seems pretty good... https://github.com/widdowquinn/sync_riff...structions
