SuprBay: 403 error to suprbay when VPN turned on

Hey guys,
Not sure if this is the right forum for this but... If I have my VPN turned on I can't access suprbay.org as soon as I turn it off I can access again. Anyway to get around this?

PIA seems to be a popular VPN for troublemakers. Their IPs get blacklisted more than any other.
