The sound on the Rifftrax soundtrack had issues when I streamed this video to my television using Plex, Emby, and Kodi. There would be a lot of background ambient noise behind the vocals then without warning it would completely disappear and the volume of the dialogue would drop then excessive ambient background noise would come back again and the volume of the vocals would be louder again. It had nothing to do with extra scenes that were missing from the Rifftrax version because it happened multiple times during the riffing. Not sure why nobody else had any issues with the audio but I had to go back to the official Rifftrax version.

Can you give me timestamps? I'm assuming you are talking about the edits because yes there is a distinct gap in sound quality due to the source Rifftrax used being recorded through a tin can in a racquetball court and the new transfer i used being decent. I would assume that it probably did happen multiple times since there are 18 edits Rifftrax made to the film.

I'm going to watch the Rifftrax version again and see if the sound on their version is bad. I don't remember having any issues with it.
