Just curious, but is there any way to filter out torrents that aren't uploaded by skull tags members?
I'm tired of scrolling through 3+ pages of torrents all uploaded by the same moron in the last 20 minutes, that all are the same size file, and all miraculously have 14,000 seeds already.
I never download from someone that doesn't have a skull, so I'd rather not even have to see them. Surely this feature would discourage fake uploaders, since they would know that most people would never even see their crap. Thanks, in advance.

Disagree.
Just report if you find a fake torrent / a fake uploader for help people at TPB.
I say NO to search feature "filter skull".
Don't assume that an uploader who don't have the skull badge is fake.

If you use Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey then there is a script that has that as one of its filtering options.

skulls are the most useful info when deciding what torrent to choose. But, there are many valid torrents which are provided that have no skulls which are wonderfully perfect for use. The providers just don't upload all that much and fill a large empty niche in what is available. A vast sea of content is available in a variety of subject matter.
The fakes are easy enough to avoid, as you have pointed out, and do not last very long.

Only allowing skulls to upload WMV's to the video category would solve 90% of the problem. Keep wmvs where they belong, in the porn category

WMV stands for Windows Media Video. There is no prove that all WMV files are fake. Fakers can also choose a very common file format such as MP4 or AVI.

ok, first of all, hi. i used to be an active member 3+ years ago, but got sidetracked by work; same nick as before - this was when SuprBay first moved servers. not sure about dates. you might also know me from Anadtech forums.
i re-registered just to come ask for this; right now, there's 33 pages (not kidding) of spam on the pc games section alone. how is it that not only there's no filter, but nobody thought to impose a 1-torrent post per hour max on low reputation account? surely that is not hard to implement.
it's not just my being incovenienced - i fucking hate the spammers who post ip tracker shit and fake files, and i dont want some kid getting trapped by this scum. (i'm in europe, here they dont give a shit about torrenting anyway)
so, simple suggestion: max 1 torrent upload per hour for non-skulls.

Hi DigDog, so nice to see you registering just to support BobBob, who registered just to post this thread.
Perhaps NigNog will registered tomorrow. I'm sure someone with a name like that is bound to agree with you.
But you (oops, sorry, they) can save your their fingers. Neither of the suggestions is new, and neither of them will be implemented no matter how many puppets post here agreeing with yourself.
